This book was like a huge slap in the face. A wake-up call I needed but didn’t ask for. It is written in the format of a conversation between two characters—a Philosopher and a Youth. I feel like I embody 90% of the Youth’s character, and the thoughts, philosophy, and psychology presented by the two characters’ dialogue left me speechless and forced me to look deeply into my own life.

Tokyo Marathon 2026

This year I’ve been blessed (or cursed) with another opportunity to run the Tokyo Marathon. Having been fortunate to win the race lottery back in 2024, but unfortunate to come down with diarrhea, this year was my chance for a do-over.
